OUR PROJECTS

Milwaukie has gone above and beyond in dedicating resources to increase parks & recreation access to our Community.  We’ve directed funds specifically to land acquisition, park design, and construction. We’ve made sure that we continue to own the parklands inside Milwaukie, unlike other areas that make up the NCPRD that are owned and controlled by the County, and we’ve gone outside of our current funding sources to win Regional, State, and federal grants to maximize our city’s investment.

 

We're proud of the difference we've made, on our own,  in providing increased open space, ensuring access for physical and mental health, and reducing our City's carbon footprint. We look forward to delivering much more in the near future.  Here's a look at projects that we currently have in development.
